Write for a custom commission or a collection piece. We reply in writing — usually within a few days — and arrange appointments across the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver from correspondence. There is no telephone line.
Name the stone type in full. Natural diamond and lab-grown diamond are not the same, and we do not accept a single word to stand for both.

Appointments are set only after correspondence — request a date on Appoint. If the form is unavailable, write directly to hello@theava.ca.
What to expect. A written reply within a few days. Clarity on next steps — stone, metal, timing — and a date when an appointment is warranted.
