Care
Certificates travel with the piece. Inspection precedes release. Aftercare is discreet, serious, and by appointment — Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver.
Craft warranties on finished pieces are fulfilled by partner ateliers. AVA helps open that conversation; shipping coverage, when chosen, is through Canada Post. Full wording: Warranty & aftercare.
Every stone is labelled by type: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, or otherwise named. We do not let one word stand for two origins.
An independent laboratory report — GIA, IGI, or equivalent as applicable — is recorded against the commission. The certificate remains with the piece when it leaves the house. Look up a report number on the laboratory’s public site via Certificates.
Before release, settings, finish, and the stone are inspected. After release, the house sees the piece again by appointment: cleaning, a check of the setting, advice on wear. Write; a date is set in reply.
