A commission begins with a letter. From there the work is specified in British Columbia — proportion, metal, setting, and the character of the stone — before anything is cut or set.
The stone is certified. Its report number is recorded against the commission. Natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, or another named stone: the type is written plainly and is never left as a single ambiguous word. Clients across Greater Vancouver receive the same clarity.
Partner ateliers then make the piece. The house inspects before release. Nothing leaves until it has been seen.
