Certificates travel with the piece. Inspection precedes release. Service thereafter is discreet — including for certified diamonds across Greater Vancouver.
Report-ready · light held still
Every stone is labelled by type: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, or otherwise named. We do not let one word stand for two origins.
A report number is recorded against the commission. The certificate remains with the piece when it leaves the house.
Before release, settings, finish, and the stone are inspected. After release, we see the piece again by appointment: cleaning, a look at the setting, advice on wear. Write; a date is set in reply.
